At EMBRAEN, clarity and care guide how we create, fulfill, and deliver our offerings. This Shipping Policy works in conjunction with our Refund Policy and explains how physical products are shipped, who is responsible at each stage, and how shipping relates to returns and refunds.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Physical Products Purchased Through EMBRAEN.com

Physical products purchased directly through the EMBRAEN website are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with original packaging and all included materials, where applicable.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe.
Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • EMBRAEN is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for physical products that:

  • Show signs of use, wear, or damage

  • Are returned outside the 14-day return window

  • Are missing original packaging or components

  • Are returned without proof of purchase

Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products, including but not limited to downloadable journals, workbooks, PDFs, and digital files, are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once a digital product has been delivered or accessed.

Third-Party Purchases

Products purchased through third-party retailers or platforms, including but not limited to; Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Lulu, are subject exclusively to the refund and return policies of the original retailer. EMBRAEN does not have access to third-party orders and cannot issue refunds, replacements, or exchanges for purchases made outside of our website. Please contact the retailer directly for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If a physical product purchased directly from EMBRAEN arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photos documenting the damage or defect.

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at EMBRAEN’s discretion.
